We have had a long involvement with this building having first surveyed the premises in 2009; undertaken partial re-roofing in 2010; a feasibility study for complete refurbishment culminating in the completed works in 2012.

The works included structural repairs, dry rot abatement, resolving rising and penetrating damp issues, masonry repairs, accessibility improvements and the provision of first class internal office and academic staff accommodation.

The project was successfully designed and delivered within a challenging programme and to a strict budget.

The refurbished building has been very well received by both the occupants and the University Estates and FM Team alike.
