Following a portfolio wide condition and planned maintenance survey on behalf of Sheffield City Trust, deterioration of reinforced concrete elements was identified. Castle Owen received further instructions to implement a repair strategy.
We carried out intrusive surveys assisted by our structural engineering partners, specified remedial work and procured a suitable contractor to carry out the repair works. The works were administered under a JCT Minor Works contract by Castle Owen.
