Castle Owen’s building surveying team are leading a project to replace the existing external wall cladding to the staircases of the ICOSS building.
We excel in solving technically challenging problem for our clients which we achieve by combining relevant disciplines to meet the specific requirements of each commission. The ICOSS project was lead by a senior Chartered Building Surveyor supported by our in house technical design team. Our team lead intrusive investigations followed by the development of a detailed design solution. Due to the proximity of an adjacent property we also served notices and performed the role of Party Wall Surveyors.
